The following command won't run:
$> bundle exec rake db:articles:seed
Don't know how to build task 'db:articles:seed'
It appears that the sample set of 30 articles is missing. I don't see any file under the db directory that contains the articles seeds.
This feature has been removed in one of the last releases, and I need to update the documentation to reflect that.
The seed function isn't really needed anymore since we can easily import a random sample of DOIs from CrossRef:
- 100 random articles from 2014:
bundle exec rake db:articles:import SAMPLE=100 FROM_UPDATE_DATE=2014
- 50 random articles from publisher PLOS
bundle exec rake db:articles:import SAMPLE=50 MEMBER=340 FROM_UPDATE_DATE=2000
FROM_UPDATE_DATE defaults to yesterday, so that ENV variable should always be used for sampling.
